Terms and Conditions


Payment in full is required prior to shipping or delivery to your location.


Delivery is available only for East Hawaii Island, with potential fees for West Hawaii Island. Shipping fees by USPS or UPS will be applied to all off-island orders.


Any shipping damage must be reported immediately by calling (808) 936-6788 and sending photos to service@hilobaycandle.com. We will file a report with the carrier. Replacements (if available) or credit will be issued with clear photos of the damage.


Returns are accepted within the first 30 days only upon approval with an assigned RMA number. Any returns without a clear RMA number on the package or sent to the wrong address will be refused. You must obtain our special return address for packages by phone or email.


Returns must be in 100% resalable condition with no damage, rips, or scratches. Returns will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee after inspection. Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.


Charge-backs or returned checks will be subject to a $40.00 processing fee.


Lead Times:

Most orders will ship in 7 to 10 days.

We try hard to have all items in stock during peak seasons however, Soap that is out of stock can take up to 4 weeks. Please plan ahead.
